At first I couldn't figure out what it was because there were no new holes in her mouth and it's not exactly shaped like a tooth, and it's so, so tiny.
As it turns out it's the root to one of the teeth that she already lost. She apparently broke it off when she forced it out for tooth fairy money.
A little later in the night Kyle list his "double tooth". It's really cool, it's two teeth that are fused together. It's been loose for months now, and he was excited to finally get it out. :)

I'm curious to see if his grown up teeth come in fused together like that, or if they will be two separate teeth.
