Once a month or so a company comes to the kids school to sell shaved ice. Since I generally don't take money with me to pick the kids up from school, we haven't ever bought any. This was the case yesterday, and I felt kinda bad about it.
So today for a fun family activity I took the kids to a store that sells shaved ice. They each chose cherry. Then we went outside to a table to eat it. It was their very first time eating shaved ice, and they lived it!
