YOU WILL NEED:
Clear plastic cups
Blue instant jello
Fishy shaped candies
HOW TO MAKE:
Make jello according to package directions.
Divide into clear cups.
Give each child a cup, and some fishy candies. Have them drop the candy into the jello.
Chill in the fridge as normal. Give everyone their ocean and a spoon? And let them enjoy!
